1. Shipping Area
At this time, we only provide shipping services within the United States.
We do not currently offer shipping to countries or regions outside the United States.
2. Shipping Fees
We apply a standard shipping fee policy:
Orders with a total value of €150.99 or more (including €150.99) qualify for free shipping.
Orders with a total value of less than €150.99 will be charged a flat shipping fee of €15.00.
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order details.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed during our business hours (GMT 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) will enter the processing queue on the same day.
Orders paid before 6:00 PM will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders paid after 6:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or non-business days will begin processing on the following business day.
4. Order Processing Time
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received, we will begin preparing your order for shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping addresses and contact information when placing an order.
Any delivery delays, returned packages, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information, missing recipient details, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other circumstances beyond our control shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Verify that the number of packages matches your order.
Confirm that the products are in good condition before accepting delivery.
